Organizes the Vail Valley Partnership’s networking events and educational events for businesses. Serves as the main point person for Vail Valley visitor inquiries.

Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center
Events Manager, June 2018 – August 2019
Worked collaboratively with the Executive Director, Board of Directors and staff to execute and develop the vision for The Prouty (a $3M fundraising event with 4,000 participants). Planned and oversaw the production of the annual publication: The Prouty Chronicle. Managed and created peer-to-peer fundraising websites on the Blackbaud Luminate platform. Co-managed the marketing and social media strategy for The Friends and The Prouty. Oversaw the Squash Cancer Tournament committee to develop the 2nd annual event.

Vail Valley Charitable Fund
Marketing Manager, October 2016 – December 2017
Worked with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to create a 20th Anniversary Campaign and corresponding marketing materials, as well as annual mailings. Worked with the Events Manager in order to create event posters, newspaper ads, websites, social media posts and t-shirt designs.

Planned beneficiary fundraising events and annual fundraising events (BecTri, LG Tri, Summer Solstice Trail Run, Oktoberfest Shuffle and SteamMaster Golf Tournament) -- and created all the print marketing and social media marketing to promote the events accordingly.

Managed co-op publishing connections, advertising budget and reconciliation. Managed a marketing team of 5 people. Worked with the Children's Department Manager to manage the Annual Children's Writing Contest process (designed materials for writing contest, organized all submissions, corresponded with the judges, created the final book cover and file, submitted the book to print). Designed event materials (posters, newspaper ads, radio ads), annual marketing campaigns (cafe, literary concierge programs, best books of the year). 20th Anniversary re-branding of the store and cafe which included, but was not limited to, re-designing menu boards and creating bus ads.
